Over the past three years, we’ve been proud to support the ESIR (École Supérieure d’Ingénieurs de Rennes) computer science program in Rennes, France. This collaboration recently reached a meaningful milestone as we celebrated the Class of 2025 during their graduation ceremony.

Where education meets industry

The ceremony highlighted the value of close collaboration between academia and industry. On behalf of MediaKind, Pierre Hamel took the stage alongside ESIR alumni Dominique Padroni, Freddy Ceranton, and Mikael Le Guerroue, all part of our team in Rennes.

Their presence reflected something we value deeply: strong, lasting connections between engineering schools and the companies that help turn knowledge into real-world impact.

Learning through real-world experience

Throughout the program, our French team actively engaged with students beyond the classroom. Together, we shared ideas, perspectives, and hands-on experience through:

• Roundtable discussions with MediaKind engineers
• Office visits and technology demonstrations
• Internship opportunities connecting theory with practice

These interactions helped bridge academic learning with the realities of modern engineering.

Building skills that last

The energy, curiosity, and ambition of these students made this partnership truly special. It also reinforced why early investment in talent, education, and knowledge sharing matters — for students and for the future of our industry.
