Gil Rudge, Chief Revenue Officer, leads MediaKind’s global sales organization, driving commercial growth, strengthening customer relationships, and expanding the company’s market presence worldwide.
Gil joins MediaKind following a nearly 22-year career at Harmonic, where he held a variety of leadership roles spanning engineering, product management, technical marketing, and sales leadership. This diverse experience has given him a unique perspective across the video technology ecosystem, combining deep technical expertise with a strong understanding of customer needs, market dynamics, and the evolution of SaaS and cloud-based video solutions.
Throughout his career, Gil has demonstrated a passion for innovation, customer success, and building high-performing teams. His ability to connect technology, product strategy, and customer outcomes has helped organizations bring leading solutions to market, strengthen strategic partnerships, and deliver sustained business growth. With a collaborative leadership style and broad industry experience, Gil is focused on helping MediaKind deepen customer relationships, expand market opportunities, and accelerate growth across the business.
Gil holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the Technion – Israel Institute of Technology, graduating cum laude.
A proud father of two daughters, Gil splits his time between Boston and St. Petersburg, Florida. Outside of work, he enjoys cooking and hosting friends for dinner, spending time on the water, attending live music events, and cheering on his favorite sports team.
