As Senior Vice President of Appliance and Core R&D, Lena Pavlovskaia leads MediaKind’s Appliances and Core Components organization, bringing together the foundational technologies that power both the company’s video appliance and cloud product portfolios. By unifying these core capabilities, she strengthens technical alignment, accelerates innovation, and helps ensure MediaKind remains at the forefront of technological advancement.

With more than 30 years of experience in the industry, Lena brings extensive expertise and a proven track record of leading global engineering organizations. Prior to joining MediaKind, she served as Senior Vice President of Research & Development for Harmonic’s Video Business and previously held the role of Vice President of Advanced Development at ActiveVideo Networks. Throughout her career, she has led the development of cutting-edge technologies, fostered collaborative, high-performing teams, and helped bring innovative products from concept to market. 

Lena holds a Ph.D. in Applied Mathematics from CC RAS. Outside of work, Lena enjoys spending time outdoors with family and friends.
