Andrew Lewis-O’Dell is Chief Experience Officer (CXO) at MediaKind, where he leads the global customer experience (CX) strategy and oversees the integrated supply chain operations. A seasoned executive with over two decades of leadership in the media and entertainment technology sectors, Andrew specializes in transforming client satisfaction into long-term business value by aligning customer-centric service models with robust product delivery frameworks.
Prior to joining MediaKind, Andrew spent more than a decade at Harmonic, where he fundamentally reshaped the customer journey for the Video Business. In a dual leadership role running both product management and global post-sales operations, he spearheaded the critical transition to a customer-obsessed culture—overseeing customer success, support, implementation, and SaaS back-office administration. His previous high-impact roles, including Vice President of Global SaaS Services, Customer Success, and Technical Support, were instrumental in elevating customer retention and modernizing cloud-based service delivery. Andrew’s deep operational roots also include foundational leadership positions at Ericsson and Arqiva. He holds a B.S. degree in Media Technology from Surrey University.
Outside of his professional life, Andrew is an avid music lover and fitness enthusiast. Drawn to the water, he lives on the coast in Brighton, where he enjoys spending his free time by the ocean.
