Erica Rubin, Vice President of the Integration Management Office (IMO), brings more than 15 years of experience leading strategy, commercial transformation, and business integration across the media and technology industries. She is responsible for leading MediaKind’s Integration Management Office, overseeing the successful integration of Harmonic’s Video business through cross-functional planning, governance, execution, and organizational alignment. Known for bringing together diverse teams to solve complex business challenges, Erica has a proven track record of translating strategic priorities into operational results.
Prior to leading the IMO, Erica served as Vice President of Strategy & Commercial Management at MediaKind where she led corporate strategy and MediaKinds commercial transformation into a SaaS first organization. Before joining MediaKind, she was a Senior Manager in Accenture’s Strategy & Consulting practice, advising leading communications, media, and technology companies on growth strategy, cloud transformation, and next-generation video platforms. She began her career at IBB Consulting, where she helped leading cable and telecommunications providers develop technology strategies and investment plans for large-scale video transformation initiatives.
Erica holds a BA in Economics from Northwestern University, with minors in Business Institutions and Chinese. Erica enjoys spending time with her husband and two daughters, traveling, cooking and enjoying live music and comedy.
