MediaKind IBC 2022: Reconnecting with the Industry in Amsterdam

I still have a little over a decade to go to match the incredible achievement of my MediaKind colleague, Tony Howard, who marked 40 years of continuous service with our organization last month. However, I am already past the quarter-century mark – and this roughly aligns with the number of IBC Shows that I have attended during this time! IBC 2022 will be a special one, as it marks MediaKind’s first return to the RAI since the pandemic. We are all looking forward to fully reconnecting with the industry community in Europe.

So what can visitors expect from MediaKind at this year’s show?

Last week I was invited to speak with KitPlus TV’s Matt Robbins and Simon Tillyer during its IBC preview extravaganza – a continuous 12-hour marathon live stream featuring over 130 show exhibitors. We discussed some of MediaKind’s key IBC Show demos, including how we’re putting our media portfolio to the test using live footage from on-booth car simulator pods for all our live demonstrations from the cloud. I also shared a few of my personal IBC top tips for a successful show.
